Paloma is an approximately 20yo Quarter horse x Arabian cross mare who came to us all the way from a Texas auction! Paloma is looking for someone who will treat her like the princess she is. Though she is not sound for riding due to an old crushing injury on her pastern, she has lots of life to live and is often seen playing in the fields with her friends!

 

Paloma loves life and is always having a good day. She has a lot of spunk so she is looking for someone who knows how to handle a girl with her own opinions. She thrives off of keeping busy mentally and physically so doing lots of ground work with her is great!

We often use Paloma as a teaching horse for grooming, leading and in hand courses here for our more intermediate and advanced handlers. We also use her for photoshoots and you can often find her being dressed up by the staff! She ties, bathes and is perfect for the vet and farrier. She does great out with other horses in the pasture and fits in where needed in a herd. Paloma loves turn out time but looks forward to sleeping in her cushy stall at night. Paloma takes equioxx once daily and is up to date on all her medical and farrier work. If you are looking for a true diamond, Paloma is your girl!
