Shoyo

Weight: 21lbs
Special considerations: very shy, must go to a home with another dog

Meet Shoyo! This shy boy was originally from Mexico and then transferred up to us from San Diego Humane. Because of all his moving around, he is very nervous around people and new environments, but he does much better in the company of other calm and gentle dogs. He really enjoys hanging out with his best friend Brandy (also up for adoption!) and LOVES treats. A slow approach and lots of snacks are the key to this boy’s heart! He is still terrified of the leash so he will need a fenced yard or secure space to potty, and he should only live with gentle children 10+. If you and your current dog have been waiting for a young pup to help find his confidence, consider adopting Shoyo!

Shoyo is current on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.

Species: Dog

Breed: Dachshund/Chihuahua mix

Age: 2 years

Gender: Male

Size: Small

Color: Black, White and Tan

Spayed/Neutered: Neutered
