Docs Gold N' Nugget

DOB: ~2007
Height: 13.3hh

Meet Docs Gold N’ Nugget, a registered Quarter Pony gelding. He is looking for a patient and experienced partner who is ready to take him in any direction. He had 60 days of professional training back in 2017 but hasn’t done much since and will be considered a restart project.

Nugget can be shy and reserved at first, but once he learns to trust and you build a relationship, you will have a horse that will do anything for you. Once he opens up, Nugget is extremely affectionate and loves to please. He loves to play follow the leader in the arena and joins up really quickly.

Nugget thrives off consistency and would do best in a quiet home where he can get one-on-one attention and have lots of time outside. Mental stimulation is key to making progress in his training. He enjoys being turned out in a big field 24/7 but would do ok with coming into a stall at night as long as he has ample turnout. He is up to date on all his vaccines, dentals, and farrier work.

Send us an email at equine.info@emeraldcitypetrescue.org to learn more. You can also find more photos and videos of Nugget on our Emerald City Pet Rescue Equine Foster and Adoption page on Facebook.
