Meet Salsa! This adorable and affectionate girl was transferred to us from a shelter in California because she was paralyzed and needed a surgery on her spine. She cannot play rough, jump or use the stairs and she takes a daily pain medication but is otherwise just the happiest pup. She is a bit nervous around new people, but is the best little lap dog once she trusts you. It just takes a few treats and a little patience!
