Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and play a critical role in helping us fulfill our mission of "Love Can Save Lives" Without the hard work, dedication, and passion of our volunteers, we would not be able to save the hundreds of lives we do every year.

At Ghost Owl Farm we have high standards for our staff and volunteers alike. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to make a three-month commitment of at least two one-hour shifts per month, as this helps us maintain a consistent environment for our staff and animals. Additionally, we are looking for versatile volunteers who are willing to work with all animals and perform all necessary cleaning tasks at our sanctuary. While we will do our best to match you with animals and tasks you prefer, we may have greater need elsewhere.

We expect our volunteers to work autonomously following appropriate training. Please understand that our staff is at work and may not be able to provide constant supervision. Rest assured that we will never ask you to perform tasks that put you at unnecessary risk.
