This sweet and independent horse never demands attention but will always accept it. She especially loves getting her necked scratch and will do a happy wiggle to let you know! Luna made her way to the Sanctuary from a Texas Auction with 3 others, all of which were emaciated and in terrible condition. Luna is a regal horse used to be turned out with Shadow King, until we found her forever group with the paints. Don’t worry she still shares a fence line with her bestie, and you’ll often catch them sharing gossip across the fence line. Luna’s calm demeanor makes her the perfect horse for new handlers to learn with. If you go out to see her and find only mud puddles, she’s in one of them.
