Meet Buffy! A gentle, biscuit-making beauty ready for a fresh start.

This 2-year-old long-haired sweetheart came to ECPR in October after a difficult chapter in her life, and she has shown nothing but kindness and quiet resilience since arriving.

Buffy is incredibly sweet with people and would do well with respectful kids who can give her time to adjust. She prefers a calm, steady home where she can feel safe, settle in at her own pace, and soak up gentle affection. She’s not a big talker, but she expresses herself in other ways,especially through her elite biscuit-making skills and the adorable little paw taps she uses to ask for attention.

Buffy enjoys being brushed, tolerates her surgery suit like a champ, and will need regular grooming to keep her beautiful coat healthy. She also appreciates daily eye cleaning and would love a cozy window perch where she can quietly observe the world.

Her energy level is on the lower side, and while she hasn’t shown much interest in toys yet, she’s very food-motivated and is already showing signs of blossoming as she feels more secure. She’ll allow being held briefly but prefers to keep her paws on the ground.

Buffy is looking for a patient, loving adopter who can give her the gentle environment she deserves and let her continue to heal, trust, and thrive. In return, she’ll offer soft purrs, steady companionship, and endless biscuits.

Buffy is spayed, microchipped, up to date on parasite prevention, and on a regular house diet.
