Zuni and Karma came to us as a relinquished pair of trail horses on their way to auction. She is a very calm and collected horse, who is always willing to accept and give love in equal parts! Zuni has learned to trust and relax at the sanctuary, which makes her the perfect candidate for being groomed and loved on by our new hires and volunteers. She even helps them out by rolling in the dirt and mud any chance she gets. Zuni spends her days with our paint group - Sky, Kachina, and Luna - and loves to join in with their games when out to pasture.
